Creating a brief

Before embarking on a project, it is important to take a good look at the problems and goals and define them in detail. If we don’t know what the real problem/goal is, we can’t even solve/achieve it.

Deadlines

Quality takes time. It is necessary to think carefully about the problem and its solutions. That’s why we don’t take on jobs that require urgency, where there is no reasonable deadline for developing a solution.

Expertise

Mutual trust in the expertise of the work we perform is very important to us. You wouldn’t show your surgeon where to cut you, would you? We respect your expertise in the work you do, and we will be happy to get to know your business as well as possible, in order to see the situation in the best way. For people who still like the micromanagement of creative people, we have a special offer — the price of the services is three times higher.

Trust

Over time, we build mutual trust and respect in working together. In addition, we certainly believe that both parties should be legally protected by the necessary contracts.

Payment

From us you get an offer of services that are designed to solve problems or help you achieve your desired goals. The price of each project is determined in advance and an advance of at least 50% is needed to be paid. In case of unforeseen costs, changes or additional refinements, a new offer is created. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the final solution, you are obliged to pay the agreed amount, in order to cover the costs of labor and resources incurred.
